Alois M. Moore is a businesswoman and realtor in Hazard. She is co-owner of the Moore Restaurant Group. Ms. Moore is a former member of the Eastern Kentucky University board of regents and has been a high school teacher. She is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University. Ms. Moore was appointed to the Council in 2005 and will continue to serve as a Council member until December 31, 2010.
