Carolyn Ridley is Vice President of Regulatory Affairs for tw telecom. Ms. Ridley received an M.B.A. degree from Marymount University in Arlington, VA in 1989 and a B.S. degree in 1981 from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA. In 2008, Ms. Ridley was appointed by the Governor of Tennessee and continues to serve on the Tennessee Broadband Task Force and by the Governor of Kentucky where she served a three year term as the Chair of the Kentucky Tourism Development Finance Authority. She was also appointed by the FCC Chairman and is still serving on the Universal Service Administrative Company’s (USAC) Board. Ms. Ridley is a founding member of the WKU Sisterhood and a member of the President’s Club of Bowling Green, KY, a non-profit organization that supports various charities and families in need. Ms. Ridley will serve on the Council through December, 2017.
