Title VI Plan

Title VI of the Federal Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibits any state agency receiving federal funds from denying access to a program on the basis of race, color or national origin.

State government agencies that receive federal funds and must comply with state law by submitting Title VI reports and implementation plan updates to Kentucky's Office of the Auditor and the Human Rights Commission by July 1 of each year.
