Project Graduate Committee
 College access efforts will focus on a target market of 310,000 adult students with some college in two phases. The first phase, called Project Graduate, will focus on more than 11,000 of these adults who have 90 or more credit hours but have not earned a bachelor’s degree. In partnership with the institutions, the Council will coordinate a direct mail effort and media events to reach this audience. Institutions will have response teams prepared to help these students complete their degree.
