Kentucky's postsecondary education system encompasses nine public institutions and numerous independent institutions.

Each college below is licensed per program and per site and this information is subject to change daily.

If you have a question about postsecondary licensing, including whether a particular program at a college is licensed, please contact the CPE Online Support Center. Please be advised that due to increased volume, CPE staff response time may be two weeks.

Out-of-state institutions licensed to operate in Kentucky*

* Please note: CPE may not license every program listed on an out-of-state institution's Web site. Please check CPE's Inventory of Approved Academic Programs or contact CPE if you want to know if a specific program is approved in Kentucky.
