CPE President Bob King to speak on college and career readiness at Mercer County Chamber of Commerce meeting

Council on Postsecondary President Bob King will be the guest speaker at the Mercer County Chamber of Commerce’s PERK UP meeting on Tuesday, November 8, at 7:30 a.m. EST. The meeting will be held at the Kentucky Fudge Company at 225 South Main Street in Harrodsburg.

King will focus his comments on college and career readiness as outlined in Stronger by Degrees, the state’s strategic agenda for postsecondary and adult education. He will also present information on the level of college and career preparedness of recent high school graduates from Mercer County.
