The Council on Postsecondary Education’s Presidential Search Committee met early this afternoon and approved contract terms for the executive search firm selected to assist with the search for the Council’s third president. The contract with Greenwood/Asher & Associates, Inc., of Florida, is set at a not-to-exceed amount of $165,000, which includes a professional fee of $130,000 and estimated expenses of $35,000.
Greenwood/Asher & Associates, Inc., one of the top executive search firms nationally specializing in higher education, was selected June 30. Dr. Jan Greenwood, one of the principals of the firm, coordinated the search that brought past CPE president Tom Layzell to Kentucky.
