Financial Audit of the Council on Postsecondary Education

This Request for Proposal solicits bids from certified public accounting firms to perform a complete financial audit of the Council on
Postsecondary Education, inclusive of all expenditures and all sources of funds appropriated and expended during the 2009-10 fiscal year, with
three (3) one-year optional renewals to audit fiscal years 2010-11, 2011-12, and 2012-13.

IMPROVING EDUCATOR QUALITY STATE GRANT PROGRAM - YEAR 8

This Request for Proposal (RFP) solicits offers from universities to serve as the lead in partnerships to provide professional development to Kentucky's teachers. This program awards grants to partnerships that deliver research-based professional development programs to K-12 teachers. To be eligible, a partnership must include a postsecondary institution’s school of arts and sciences and its teacher preparation program, as well as a high-needs local school district (as defined by the U.S. Census Bureau’s poverty statistics). The program enables states to fund training for teachers and administrators in any core academic subject.  ACT EPAS professional development must be included.

Improving Educator Quality State Grant Program--Year 7
