Improving student success is arguably the most critical priority of Kentucky’s postsecondary education system and a major focus of the 2011‐15 strategic agenda Stronger by Degrees. It is critical that each institution in Kentucky improve student persistence and success. Through an examination of enrollment trends and a review of current practices and policies in place at the statewide level, Kentucky has identified several strategies for improvements based on state and national efforts and evidenced-based best practices.
