SREB’s List of Adult Learning Resources includes links to adult learning initiatives, adult learning facts and information, policy resources, and Web sites with resources for adult learners.

SREB’s List of Adult Learning Publications has links to research on adult learners.

Council for Adult & Experiential Learning has information on tuition assistance and reimbursement, lifelong learning accounts, prior learning assessment, the adult learning focused institution, and more.

National College Transition Network focuses on adult basic education-to-college transition services.

The Center for Lifelong Learning at the American Council on Education has several resources related to adult learning, including course equivalency information for formal courses and examinations taken outside traditional degree programs.

The purpose of the Adult Higher Education Alliance is to help institutions develop and sustain learning environments and programs suitable for adults. It has a list of adult higher education resources on its site.

Lumina Foundation for Education has gathered research on topics that affect adult learners, such as academic services, support services, institutional factors, and curriculum delivery. Its Web publication What We Know about Adult Learners focuses on the issues of access, persistence, and success.

Kentucky Workforce Investment has links to various workforce services.

Project Graduate is an outreach initiative focused on adults who have 90 or more credit hours but have not earned a bachelor’s degree.

Kentucky Adult Education links to local adult education centers that provide GED preparation and help with reading, math, and communication skills.

Kentucky Virtual Campus offers access to online degree programs offered by Kentucky’s colleges and universities.
