• Degree Program Eligibility Reports
  These annual reports address public postsecondary institutions' eligibility to propose new academic programs based on institutional success in implementing strategies to achieve the objectives of the Kentucky Plan for Equal Opportunities.
• Campus Visit Reports
  As part of the process for monitoring progress, the Committee on Equal Opportunities conducts campus visits to public colleges and universities to learn firsthand about the success of equal opportunity plan implementation.

• The Southern Regional Education Board Doctoral Scholars Program encourages ethnic minority students to pursue doctoral degrees for careers as faculty by providing academic and financial support as well as personal guidance, support, and counseling.
• The Governor's Minority Student College Preparation Program makes minority students aware of the benefits received from going to college, encourages them to consider college as an achievable option, and to helps prepare them to be successful.
• Academically Proficient African American High School Junior and Senior Conference spotlights and provides college-going information to Kentucky's academically promising and proficient African American juniors and seniors.
