Governor's Minority Student College Preparation Program
- Purpose
This non-competitive grant program was established in 1986 for public colleges and universities to implement individual campus programs focused on improving the academic and study skills of minority students to prepare them for college life. The Council provides the oversight and individual institutional programs are reviewed annually and reported to the Council’s Committee on Equal Opportunities.
