06/02/2021The Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education has capped tuition increases near historic lows for the next two years, limiting the cost increase to students while also providing financial flexibility for public colleges and universities. The move allows universities to raise tuition up to 3% through 2023 – an average increase of 1.5% each year.
