09/29/2020Melissa Bell, vice president for academic affairs and student success at CPE, has served with the Council since 2006. She earned a bachelor's in history and political science at the former Cumberland College and a master's degree from the Patterson School of Diplomacy and International Commerce at the University of Kentucky.
