Institution Payment Portal

You may pay certain fees online to the Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education (CPE). 

To pay online, you must make a full payment at least three business days before the due date provided to your institution by CPE.

In addition to your payment amount, a 2.75% processing fee will be charged to you by the vendor for each transaction.

Payment methods include American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
