Kentucky Postsecondary Education Trusteeship Conference

Effective board leadership requires trustees and regents to respond to the challenges and opportunities facing colleges and universities today and in the future. The 2024 Postsecondary Education Trusteeship Conference will address those issues and more while affording participants with numerous networking opportunities.

Headlining this year's event is Dr. Nancy Zimpher, interim executive director of the National Association of System Heads (NASH), Chancellor Emeritus of The State University of New York (SUNY), and former president of the University of Cincinnati.  Her remarks will focus on how collaboration leads to innovation as well as the importance of building on university strengths to drive regional and local economic development and creating seamless cradle-to-career education pipelines in every community.

Where to stay overnight

A lodging block has been established onsite at the Hyatt Regency Lexington, with a special rate of $175/night for the evenings of Sept. 15 and 16.  The block closes on Aug. 26, 2024 or until capacity is met.
